If you dont believe that a .32% pay raise for ANY number of the pilots along with a 1% cola is pathetic...... well I think that just about says it all. If your company was unprofitable... maybe....... but by many measures SKW may just be the most profitable of all the regionals as well as a very healthy amount of money if the bank.....

I guess the real question is if in 2 years they offer an equally pathetic change to the payscales will you still be singing their praises...... ?????
