And those with lower seniority, taking an even bigger reduction in hours, are obligated to pay back the bonus if they decide to leave. Honestly, I'm not a fan of living off the "lowest tier" guarantee of hours and would rather just take the furlough. That way I can move on to the next job. And despite what some people are saying on here, there ARE flying jobs out there. Unfortunately, just gonna have to move again.
