After 7 and a half years in the left seat at a regional...was it worth the move? Absolutely! Would do it again any day of the week, month, year! NetJets cares about their employees and it shows. At the regional, you were just another cog in the wheel that they could replace anytime. Here, they want to keep you around. The QOL, paid benefits, 50% 401k match all they way to the IRS limit, etc. Do it and you will see. We all wondered about coming over here, and once we got here we wondered why we didn't make the switch sooner.
