Lets discuss your second point. One could argue that express jet pilots have a reputation of being extremely whiney and having this idea that everything should be given to them. They also seem to blame everyone else for their trouble. As this page has proven
Obviously not all xjet pilots are like this, but this page seems to bring out the worse of them.
