Im not familair with the method involved to do this but wouldn't a confirmation page that both parties agree on for each individual transfer of trips prevent this from happening in the future? The fact that the system allows consentless transfers is a serious issue
I've worked at two airlines that had THIS mechanism... it ain't rocket surgery.
If the union can't get them to fix the IT, they need to ensure that anyone who's schedule was manipulated without his consent is not accountable .
