I read the MEC update reference "Clarifications and Corrections" to the current mitigation programs which left me more confused than before. The MEC has done an abysmal job communicating these programs and creating an informed rank and file. I have zero expectations that they'll do any better with an AIP, in fact, I expect a panicked cram down. I hope I'm wrong.
