They are paid considerably more than us. So how can they afford to pay their pilots? Come on guys. We took a pay cut coming to work for Mesa. All JO is looking to do is show the shareholder that he can squeeze the pilot group for enough money so he can get a bonus for increasing the stock price.
it is better to be furloughed than to take a pay cut. If they reduce our pay, then we can’t just quit and draw unemployment. We wouldn’t qualify if you volunteered to leave.
So guys having a company attempt to keep you on staff at below unemployment rates is insulting and detrimental to doing the right thing for families.
