Any negotiations start with agreeing to meet and discuss. That's not even happening. The company claims they want to help us. The union claims they want to help us. but nobody wants to make the first move. Someone needs to make a proposal. The company threw out a BS proposal with the STTO, the union walked away, and that was it? The union claims they are holding some imaginary line. I could turn that around and say their aren't holding anything if there's no talks happening. It's all just smoke.
