lots in the middle third would be restored to their pre Covid pay rate. Why would they vote no? 72 hours of NB- FO pay is still less than 59 hours of NB CA or WB FO pay
top 3rd gets better LTD and FC DHD for a 10% hours cut, seems like not an awful trade off
