Dividing the pilot group like that isn't a good idea. Granted we haven't seen all the details yet, but basing snapbacks on 2019 which was arguably the most profitable year in airline history seems like a bad idea. What happens in bankruptcy?
I prefer just holding the line. The company is using this crisis to gain contractual flexibility at our expense.
