top 3rd gets better LTD and FC DHD for a 10% hours cut, seems like not an awful trade off
What about those in the middle third that couldn’t bid to a captain slot during the MOAD or guys displaced and don’t have reinstatement’s because their categories don’t exist. It’s just a straight paycut for those guys and in a lot of cases guys much junior will lose a lot less.
