Dead set on no concessions. Making $1700 a month is not worth keeping this job. When you consider the costs associated with sitting a reserve gig, that’s where you’ll be at as a second year FO. It’s not worth the time for that pay. . . How do you not see that?

assuming an average of $250 for a crash pad the take home pay is about $1700 sitting reserve for a 60 hour min guarantee. You need to find a job paying $14 an hour working 40 hours a week to beat that. It’s not going to be that hard to do. . .

anyone wanting to give concessions is either dumb, ignorant. It’s mind blowing.
