Dividing the pilot group like that isn't a good idea. Granted we haven't seen all the details yet, but basing snapbacks on 2019 which was arguably the most profitable year in airline history seems like a bad idea.
Agree with the SnapBack baseline. 2019 was the greatest year in airline history most likely. Base it off something earlier and somewhat crappier.
