If you want to check out ethical business practices, look up a video of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Company. JO could learn a thing or two. No company’s CEO should be making this kind of money when he is asking his employees to reduce their pay. If his salary is 1.3 mil, that’s 50x 1st year FO’s pay.
