The real dirty secret is that prior to 1950/1965 blacks had these same traits. Black teen unemployment in the 1950's was lower than whites. Black illegitimacy rates were lower than whites. More blacks were business owners as a percentage than whites. What changed between 1950 and 1965? There is a cultural problem brought on by people who claim to help but really at their core are trying to destroy and divide.
