I agree, There are many things that can soon become such a thorn in his side that he will either stop and pay attention or it will go down in flames.
Make sure that you STOP blocking out on time. Make sure not to break a walking speed on that taxi...isnt that what it says in the AIM
....that should make you late on both ends...any little things you can think of. We are the soldiers in the trenches and can have a very large impact in how effecient the place is run.
I too am LAMA and understand believe me...those 2 years felt more like a sentence to prison
