If you are bumped out of a seat (320 Capt to 320 fo), you should get CA pay till your trained. Once bumped and trained, then FO pay. There should be no “carve out” where you get to keep your CA pay as per the AIP rumor. Someone has to pay that difference and it shouldn’t be on the backs of other pilots.
Read 8-F-4. Cancelation of displacements. Canceling displacements is good thing. Only canceling 2/3 of displacements to buy just enough votes, now that is another issue.
