If you are referring to NYU, that was a request by 2 people. It was denied. If you are referring to Note Dame, that was an “online cafe” and they admitted it was a bad idea.

I did find Cal and USC have a segregated dorm and Yale has a Cultural Safe Space but that’s all I could find. Simply: the juice does not live up to the squeeze.

Now, there are thousands of private segregated living facilities at almost every college and university in America. They are called Fraternities.
