At this point I’d say that’s a fairly accurate guess on the Captain side. It might go deeper into 15 though.
What the current junior hire dates? It sounds like the size won’t really change much, if at all, so problems not a lot of changes in the list either. Might be a few that didn’t want or get the 175 initially as FO that may try to get there.
