if the company cancels some displacements, but not others, I could be stuck in a NB right seat while guys/gals junior to me keep their WB seats. There is always a situation that could leave someone with less than someone else... I’ve made peace with that. I could be facing a 66% reduction in pay, a 100% or some other number, but I think it’s important to craft your view based on not knowing which group you’re in. Once the info is out, people’s motives become much mOre suspect
