Basically only 1/3 of the pilots will be kept in active flying status. Everyone else will either volunteer to take UTO or be furloughed. There will be downgrades within the flying pilots to achieve a mix of 55% CA and 45% FO roughly. It's a bloodbath and much worse than I expected. The silver lining I guess is that those that stay will go back to a full minimum guarantee instead of the pay cut that was originally taken, so when things do recover and people start getting called back, they will be coming back to full pay.
