Concessions did not need to occur then because you were still gonna get furloughed, the economy at its core was trash.

Assuming this MOU is passed, and we still get furloughed, by all means, tell me I told you so. But this MOU is far from anything close to resembling a socialist contract. Leftists are very “survival of the fittest”. I see nothing wrong with simply buying fellow pilots more time. But if you wanna keep up with the “muh freedoms, muh money” mentality, by all means continue to look like a douche.
I can tell you are a union rep. Sorry I urinated on your efforts in development of an MOU. I do appreciate that you tried, but sometimes it just comes down to saying no. Mesa’s pay is the industries lowest.

When has the company came and offered thanks for us flying during COVID? Any extra health benefits or extra pay as front line workers as we exposed ourselves to a deadly virus for company profits?

The biggest thing that the union needs to do is properly evaluate their worth as pilots. You are flying 80,000lbs of flying metal across the earth at 82-83%(76%for the slower ejet ☺️) the speed of sound with 65-79 passengers aboard. Many of you here hold graduate and undergrad degrees in engineering with ATP’s. Have some dignity for yourselves. You deserve more than what is being offered.
