If you read our contract displacement is from base, STATUS or equipment. There IS downgrade protection in the MOU. Don't let that misinformation be your reason for a NO vote.
Even though I like your explanation and it is logical to assume, in what document is it actually defined in that way (FAA or company). Last I checked its not. You’re asking me to trust a company that undermines our current contract regularly based on lingo. JO plays fast and loss with this type of stuff and the union does nothing. Just look at the IAH pilots sitting reserve in IAD. All bc one word in the contract. The company never operates in good faith.
