I agree and certainly wouldn’t want to do what they’re doing, so I’m very thankful.

BUT

I do get tired of hearing that we need to cut them some slack during things like contract negotiations before covid because they’re “just volunteers.” So are they just volunteers or paid professionals doing this? If we’re going to have paid professionals going up against the company, why not get actual paid professionals and not pilots moonlighting? Shared sacrifice right? Everyone s#!+ when Oscar and Scooter only took a 10% pay cut during this thing...do our union leaders do the same? Serious question here. Did Scott Kirby really take a bigger pay cut than Insler?
