Yeah it won’t differentiate pay, but bonuses are taxed at a flat rate which is usually a higher tax bracket than most people are in. That’s my point. And this money back will most likely be coded as a bonus and taxed as such
Bonuses aren’t
taxed any differently. They may be initially
withheld at a higher rate. This myth needs to die.
