BUR is now the senior base on the CA side and mixed on the FO side. LAS is the most senior for FOs and second most senior for CAs. DAL is the current junior base. PHX, SNA, and BFI temporarily closed. Nobody is technically furloughed as they allowed anyone who couldn't hold a flying position to bid UTO. The UTO is actually a pretty good deal since you can keep health insurance and travel benefits as the post above noted.
