There will be some jr captains that roll the dice again and hope enough senior to them take one so they can hold on. If they have vac in nov/dec it’s close to cost neutral for a 2 month over a downgrade. I’m not going to feel sorry for them if thier downgraded due to a senior fo upgrading.
