It's a credit card tied to "Performance Points" that other employees get that we, as pilots, really don't. Also, there are severe penalties for cancelling the card once activated. Delta is selling you out.

What??!? No, it's nothing of the sort. It's a debit card that you use to convert Delta rewards points into cash, there's no credit involved. And yes, everyone get's the points, check your balance, I'm willing to bet you have one. It's not anything really meaningful but it's nice to convert into a nice Oberon or single malt now and then.
