This is the worse response in the whole thread. Where has one person here mentioned slavery was not a terrible thing? This debate has absolutely nothing to do with believing people should be in chains. Also historically you are incorrect despite a few European countries most of the world practiced slavery well into the 20th century. Did you conveniently forget the 100,000s American lives lost to end slavery in this country?
