just to make sure you are doing your math correctly. read I.b.2 the senior and middle group MUST have 4200 pilot each. We will get 655 pilots to take EO2 and that will put me at the bottom of the middle group and you are senior to me. How does being in the middle group affect your pay?
The size of the upper group is always 4200. The size of the lower group is 3900 as a starting point. As pilots move out of top group through retirement or EO, then everyone moves up. 4200 is not a hard number for middle group.
