The size of the upper group is always 4200. The size of the lower group is 3900 as a starting point. As pilots move out of top group through retirement or EO, then everyone moves up. 4200 is not a hard number for middle group.
Just to reiterate that this is NOT correct. The middle and senior groups will always be 4200adjusted quarterly.
