This isn’t just going to effect the juinor pilots. If we don’t get some agreement the ball is in the companeys handa and they can do what they want. You will all feel it when they are downgrading from IWA and SFB. Meanwhile other airlines will be stealing our market share bucause we don’t have the people to maintain a schedule when leisure comes back.
