Pilots too. Every airline has a few of those people with multiple training failures, poor decision making, etc. The chief pilot office at every airline spend a bunch of their time dealing with a very small number of the same offenders, over and over. It could be argued that just as the teachers and police unions keep bad apples employed, our unions do the same for poor pilots.
100% true. Not fair to the pilots who have to fly with them, putting their life and careers at risk every flight.
