CARES needs Senate participation and approval. And the WH’s and Senate’s top priority just shifted to the Supreme Court. I’d like to wrong, but look at headlines at every major media outlet. This doesn’t mean CARES won’t happen, but I’m expecting CARES to be back burnered for awhile.
