If it isn't there, then you don't have to disclose it on the app. They could ask you about it later and like you said, no sweat with honesty so you'll be fine. They can't hold it against you if they never asked you in the first place. The opened ended "Is there anything else 'we should know' or 'you want to tell us about yourself' is also an area to disclose it. Now, some folks will say don't shoot yourself in the foot, but Im in the camp of being up front so you aren't terminated in training. Good luck.
