The “big” proposal that saves all furloughs (and probably requires memrat) is getting briefed to the MEC on Tuesday but there’s no actual TA to vote on yet. The details of that probably won’t be released until there’s an actual TA voted on, or unless there’s more attempts to negotiate in public.
All TAs should go to MEMRAT even if considered a slam dunk—it’s the default position. It can be overridden by 2/3rds (I think it’s the #) majority but should not be the norm. The voluntary proposal is a TA reached by the NC and will be presented to the MEC this week. If the majority of the MEC supports it, then it should go to memrat.

Who knows what else management is proposing, but I’m betting it contains concessions.
