Not years, but months for a vaccine. The president says we will have a vaccine by Oct/Nov...doubtful. More likely we will have a vaccine by spring. Research Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, and Pfizer for more information.

A vaccine existing is not remotely the same as a vaccine that has been widely available, accepted, administered, and effective. That's a couple of years. Period.
