One side of the aisle vehemently opposes piecing out a stimulus bill. They want everything included in one package, and as you can see, both sides have their heads stuck up their butts. Maybe after the election.
As soon as Trump fills the seat on the Supreme Court...the left will lock down and agree to nothing...but again...who knows what will happen.
