I do actually get that. And I did vote, in my family’s best interest. I voted YES. The lecturing from the “grown ups” is getting old. If this TA passes, I fully expect to hear griping about it for YEARS, even if it works and we all get raises at the end.
My apologies for sounding offensive, that was not my intent. I also voted YES even though I am not subject to furlough in the foreseeable future. Having thousands hit the street is not in the best interest of my quality of life. Spending more time at home, now that's quality... albeit having to eat grilled cheese vs filet mignon.
