However, that should not mean that we can't have another (a better one) specially if done honestly and fairly as a group and not on the backs of the junior pilots while pretending that we want to save their jobs. We can not be that disingenuous. Stop wasting time arguing about whether or not we should eat the plate of s.... that is at the table, why would you even consider eating what you don't want? If you must eat something, lets first make sure is something we can all eat. Let's have the courage to act correctly and if possible, let's figure out the correct way to use our strength to equally look after and protect the ones that can not do it for themselves.
