I wouldn't be totally opposed to a flat 10 percent cut for Oct to March to see how it goes, and if that saves 2000 jobs, or 3000 jobs I would be good with doing that. But, I don't think those major cuts, starting at 18% are fair. Management would certainly gain a labor cost advantage?

What is the rest of the airline doing? Who else is taking cuts to save money and/or jobs?
