New pants are great but are nowhere near the same color as the burlap blazer so you’ll need a new one too.
When you get that tropical blazer to match the tropical pants, don't forget contractual reimbursement of 50% of the cost of two pair pants (annually) and 50% of one blazer (every 18 months)... (Also get a tie to replace your existing ratty tie, because half of that is paid for every year)
