That statement could go either way, but one may argue that that is a pacifist/defeatist attitude (in opposition to your intended meaning, I believe)...I for one would rather not settle for second-best (or in the case of Trans States, far from best) when a little more work can net so much more.
Make of it what you wish. Not a pacifist/defeatist. Just a humble pilot who knows how to make the most out of any situation.
On a side note, I think it's funny that anyone would envy a skywest pilot.
