The return flight was in the Q400. Smaller and noiser, that's for sure. However, the flight was practically empty so I had the opportunity to stretch out. The weather in BOI was snow, sleet and wind that caused the snow to blow from left to right. We had to take a bit of time to de-ice, but still managed to get to SEA early.
Regarding food and beverage, both flights had all that. Starbucks, wine, Coke, pretzels and breakfast bars. I didn't eat any of it though because I already got something over-priced at the airport.
So, thank you to Captain Ken and First Officer Kelly! Great job.
Smaller??? The Q400 is larger in all physical dimensions (except weight), and without question larger in the interior, as well as having a larger seat pitch (at least at QX). The larger size is one of the few good things ABOUT the 400 over the CRJ, and here you go calling it smaller! Weird. No, I'm not compensating for anything by trying to say my plane soooo big!
