There's a guy in the office next to me that flies one. I'll ask him specifically when I see him next if I remember.

The exhaust stacks are the source for the prop de-ice(anti ice?), so that's covered. He has no idea why the tail isn't protected, but would prefer it be covered. Just one of those things I guess.
