Note one: A pilot who has received a notice of furlough is not eligible to bid for, or be awarded, a CBL.
Note two: A pilot is not eligible to bid for, or be awarded, a CBL, if the pilot
1) has begun qualification training and is not projected to complete OE/TOE or
consolidation requirements prior to the start of the CBL, or
2) is scheduled for qualification training in the first month of the CBL.
You could certainly be correct. Depends on interpretation, I guess. I have received a notice of furlough but have also been told that I will now not be furloughed. Puts me and others in some sort of strange "no-man's land". For the record, Note two with parts 1 and 2 do not apply to me as I have been UNA since July.Originally Posted by beis77
