Didn’t the MC and team say on one of the Q&A sessions that they would be taking cuts commensurate with where they fall on the seniority list? As in, none of them would be receiving 94.5 hours? If that’s the case, I’m not sure Garry’s petition has any merit but I’d love to hear from someone who knows for sure.

Big picture. ...triploss pay is designed to "compensate you fiarly" so as you don't lose money doing union work or union service. The idea behind it is you flew a 4 day trip you'd get an equivalent 4 days of triploss based on the minimum value of a day. Now that we are reducing guarantee, we are reducing what a pilot could potentially earn.
A fresh look at tirploss policies are in order. We should not have anyone on fulltime triploss making more than what our line pilots will be making. Whatever the MEC approves as it relates to pay should be something the MEC is willing to work for or work under.
If our guarantee is 60 hours, then....thats only fair.
