that’s a fair point, but do you think the pull down language offsets this? If the company decides to furlough the 220 or this loa has a huge take rate and people are not brought back the union can waive the BS flag and threaten to pull down the LOA. I can agree I wish It did have metrics, just like I wish the VEOP had metrics. That still saved ~600 from unemployment
