This is exactly why they say not to pickup OT. Theoretically it is to force the company to be understaffed and bring people back. No one cares about saving the company money.

I understand the logic. I don’t think there’s anyone who doesn’t want the furloughed pilots to be employed.
Threatening your fellow pilots with a blacklist is sleazy, and trying to organize anything IS a work action. If you think they won’t notice, you are delusional.
