Its not over till it’s over, in my previous career in insurance hard times came and went, what matters is the people you have on your team. The Mesa family is capable of anything. In terms of the American contract all we need to do is roll our sleeves up and do the job. Help carry bags, assist passengers and help out around the ramp if necessary. All of our passengers know they’re on a Mesa airplane, so when they see the service provided they’ll relay it to customer service. American will renew the contract because of our hospitality. We’re a family here, the crews the employees and all the passengers. Wear your uniform with pride and good things will come.
